Credit Card Awareness

This session is designed to provide financial consumers with basic knowledge about the use of a credit card and help them become responsible credit cardholders and maintain a good credit standing throughout their lifetime. It is targeted to the working sector and students to help them understand how credit card works, how to manage credit card wisely and be familiarized with the rights and responsibilities as a credit card holder.

The BSP holds FES which covers topics on the Philippine Financial System, Basic Money Management or Personal Finance, Credit, Banks and Financial Products and Consumer Protection.

   

Financial Education Expo

Fined Expo

A two-day event offering various financial education activities. The expo aims to instill awareness about the availability and accessibility of financial education programs to all Filipinos, increase personal financial consciousness on the values and benefits of being financially empowered, and orient the public about available financial tools that can help in the promotion of their financial well-being. The expo is a project handled by the BSP’s Financial Consumer Protection Department (FCPD) with the working sector, students and members of the academe as its target participants.
