The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, together with the Department of Education, invites all fourth year high school students from public and private schools in the National Capital Region to participate in the BSP-DepEd Annual Oratorical Contest (NCR) this October. This year's oratorical pieces will be delivered in Filipino with the theme "Kalidad na Estadistika sa Pangangalagang Panlipunan: Pagpapahusay ng Gawa, Pagpapaunlad ng Buhay".
