The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, together with the Department of Education, invites all 4th year high school students from public and private schools in the National Capital Region to participate in the BSP-DepEd Annual Oratorical Contest (NCR) this October. This year's oratorical pieces with the theme “Monitoring Progress on Decent Work Through Statistics: Pathway to Inclusive Growth” will be delivered in English.
