Deadline for submission of duly accomplished bid forms enclosed in sealed envelopes shall be on 25 October 2011, 10:00 A.M., at Rm. 313, Five-Storey Bldg, BSP Complex, A.Mabini St., Malate, Manila. All bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of bids at MR 3A, 3rd Flr, Five-Storey Bldg, BSP Complex.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Buyer is deemed to have inspected the properties, determined their condition and verified the title thereof.

2. The sale of the properties shall be “As-is, Where-is” and the winning bidder shall undertake the responsibility to acquire and maintain peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property without seeking the assistance of the BSP. A Petition for Certiorari with Prayer for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction was filed with the Court of Appeals by Jose C. Go against the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in August 2009 docketed as CA-G.R. SP No. 109927.

3. The BSP reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the properties offered for sale at any time and to reject any or all bids or to waive any infirmity found therein, or to accept such bids as will be considered advantageous to the BSP.

4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Offerors at the Public Bidding must tender a BID BOND equivalent to 10% of the offered price and offerors under the negotiated sale basis must submit an EARNEST MONEY equivalent to 10% of the negotiated price either in CASH or CASHIER’s/MANAGER’s CHECK payable to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas which shall form part of the consideration once the bid is approved.

6. The balance of the bid tender may be paid for a maximum period of ten years subject to an interest rate of 7% p.a. for payment term of not exceeding five years and 8% p.a. for payment term of more than five years up to 10 years but in no case shall the interest rate be lower than the prevailing T-bond rate of comparable maturity as of the last auction date prior to the date of the public bidding.

7. The sale shall be subject to other terms and conditions under existing guidelines.
