About the Bank

Unified Regular and Special Lending System (URSLS)

In line with the DLC’s objective of maximizing the delivery of credit to borrowing banks consistent with the legal infrastructure laid down by Republic Act No. 8732 (Electronic Commerce Act), the Department is currently working on a Unified Regular and Special Lending System (URSLS), an automated system, which aims to achieve a paperless rediscounting for a real-time delivery to the banking system.
