Bangko Sentral Hosts Meeting of 11 Central Banks

Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Amando M. Tetangco, Jr., (center), chaired the 12th Executives’ Meeting of the East Asia-Pacific Central Banks (EMEAP) Governors’ Meeting in Cebu where extensive discussions were made regarding central bank policy issues and challenges posed by the impact of capital flows on EMEAP economies and shifts in global risk appetite, as well as areas of cooperation covering financial markets, information technology, payments and settlements systems, and banking supervision.
