Advisory on Banks Affected by Typhoon "Ondoy"

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) is continuously coordinating with all banks to ensure that the needs of the banking public are addressed following the devastation caused by tropical storm “Ondoy.”

For branches that are temporarily unable to handle normal operations, alternative branches have been designated to provide uninterrupted banking services to the public.

The public is also advised to avail of the regular ATM networks of the banks to access their funds. 

In case some bank offices/branches are unable to handle normal banking operations, the public is requested to report this to the BSP through the Financial Consumer Affairs Group (FCAG) at telephone numbers 306-1420 (direct line) or 524-7011 (trunk line) local 2780 or via email at consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.
