Mabini Street, Manila, Philippines.
  
  For foreign checks—checks should be drawn from any New York bank also payable to the BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS and with the same mailing address above.
  
  
• US dollar rates, which include handling cost, are for USA and Europe bound orders. Costs (inclusive of handling) for orders bound for other parts of the world will be computed upon request.
  
  
• Delivery period of paid for publications in the form of company checks shall be:

10 to 15 working days after check has been cleared (for local checks within Metro Manila)

15 to 20 working days after check has been cleared (for local checks outside Metro Manila)

40 to 45 days after check has been cleared (for foreign checks)

The Marketing and Circulation Section (MCS) Sales Office is open from Monday to Friday. Our sales counter is open from 9:00 to 11:45 AM and 1:00 to 1:45 PM only
