1	The Private Sector is composed of other nonfinancial corporations and households and non-profit institutions serving households.
Notes:
1. Data are based on the Standardized Report Forms (SRFs), uniform presentation of the assets and liabilities of the FCs, introduced by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2004 for monetary data reporting.
2. The OFCS is an analytical survey that provides a comprehensive measure of the claims (or assets) and liabilities of the other financial corporations (OFCs) in the Philippines.
3. Other liabilities are comprised of OFCs' liabilities to resident non-government institutions in the form of 1) deposits excluded from broad money, 2) securities other than shares 3) loans, 4) financial derivatives, 5) insurance technical reserves, 6) shares and other equity, and 7) other items (net). Other items (net) are other liabilities less other assets not included elsewhere in the survey. Other items (net) also includes a consolidation adjustment which reflects the discrepancy after netting out inter-OFCs claims and liabilities in the consolidation.
