Library
The Library section houses the book, journal and other collections of the EFLC.
A. Book Collection
The book collection covers subjects on general economics, international economics, monetary economics, banks and banking, business and finance, fiscal theory and institutions, accounting, management and general works. The resources of the Library are classified using the Library of Congress Classification Scheme

A.1 General Collection
The collection includes foreign books, monographs, theses, dissertations, conference papers and proceedings. These were either purchased by the Library or given as complimentary copies or donations from institutions such as the World Bank (WB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United Nations (UN) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

A.2 General Reference Collection
Includes dictionaries, encyclopedia, directories, handbooks, manuals, atlases and other reference materials. This collection is open to the public.

A.3 General Filipiniana
Includes local books, monographs, theses, dissertations, conference papers and proceedings.

A.4 Reference Filipiniana
Includes dictionaries, encyclopedia, directories, handbooks, manuals, atlases and other reference materials published locally.
B. Serials Collection
Comprising this collection are local and foreign scholarly journals and general periodicals, as well as magazines, newspapers and annual reports, to which the BSP subscribes and those given on a complimentary basis by other agencies. Back issues of major newspapers are available in tmicrofilm or CD format.
C. BSP Publications Collection
The BSP publications collection comprises current and past issues of books, serials and periodicals published by the BSP. This collection includes, among others, annual reports, statistical publications, textbooks, and various reports on economic and financial issues, monetary policy and operations, banking supervision, and payments
E. Electronic and Digitized Resources
The BSP online resources include JSTOR Archives comprising Business I, II and III modules, IMF e-Library, Gale Databases, EBSCO, OECD iLibrary and Ebrary. Also available are the BSP's collection of CD-ROM databases of the Lex Libris collection of BSP issuances and Philippine laws, digitized versions of BSP publications, and back isues of leading newspapers in microfilm CD format.
