The bidding documents for these requirements were originally approved by the former Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) – Head Office (HO) or Security Plant Complex (SPC). Following the amendment of BSP BAC jurisdictions approved by the Monetary Board, all succeeding procurement activities will now be handled by the Bids and Awards Committee – Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BAC BSP).
