Macroprudential Policy Strategy Framework: The Case of the Philippines
Released by the Financial Stability Coordination Council in July 2020, the Macroprudential Policy Strategy Framework reflects the thinking of financial authorities, the institutional arrangements, as well as the tools that will be used to sustain and enhance the health of the financial system. It also highlights the collaborative nature inherent to the FSCC.

Systemic Risk Crisis Management Framework
The Financial Stability Coordination Council released the Systemic Risk Crisis Management Framework (SRCM) on 6 June 2022. The SRCM Framework identifies key actions required to assess, categorize, manage, and communicate systemic risks. This is an important pre-emptive initiative to ensure crisis preparedness at the system level and reflects the Council’s commitment to managing systemic risks.

Systemic Risks and the New Financial Stability Agenda: Defining its Perimeter
Published by the OSRM, this “perimeter paper” sheds light on the understanding of the financial stability agenda, its breadth and depth, as well as its coverage.

Financial Stability Reports (FSR)

The FSR provides a thematic approach and an in-depth analysis of recent developments and potential risks that may have financial stability implications to the Philippine financial system.
