The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) pays tribute to the key figures in Philippine art through Tanaw, a virtual exhibition
of its fine art collection. This virtual exhibition attempts to trace back and thread together the forces, varied ideologies,
and evolving schools of thought that shaped the dynamic landscape of Philippine art that we have today. In this presentation,
the BSP Museum brings together select works of fourteen National Artists that are featured in its fine art collection, a
fitting salute to their immeasurable contribution to Philippine culture and heritage.
Recognized by many as one of the most important collections of Philippine art in the country, the BSP fine art collection is
a myriad of outstanding pieces of paintings, works on paper, tapestries, and sculptures. The BSP Museum serves as the custodian
and repository of cultural objects acquired and donated over the past five decades.
