Step 1: How to Order
Kindly provide the following details to email@example.com:
- Full name
- Home address
- Contact numbers
- List of item order and quantity
Step 2: How to Pay
The BSP Store will email your list of items ordered with prices and total amount. Reply to confirm your order. After your confirmation, you will receive your NOPS (New Order of Payment System) 24-digit reference numbers. Use these numbers to pay through bank over-the-counter (Union Bank or China Bank), online banking, or Electronic Commerce Pay (ECPay) with required charges like GCash, 7-Eleven, Paychat, Starpay, Tagcash, Shopee, Tambunting Pawnshop and others.
Step 3: How to Claim
All bought items may be claimed at BSP Manila, Gate 3 Lobby from Monday to Friday (except holidays), 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Bring two identification cards, e.g. government IDs and/or company ID. Representatives should bring authorization letter signed by client and copy of ID of client and representative.
Clients may book their own courier at their own expense. Booking details such as name of driver and booking reference numbers should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The BSP Store shall not be liable for any loss, damage or late delivery on the purchased items once received by the contracted courier.
